All, I am aware is that you can deploy all packages as a set, from a solution , and not individual packages. As a matter of fact, I had created a bunch of packages in a single solution and later when I have to modify only one of those packages, I had to deploy all of them which made me to start creating separate solutions for each package, in order to be able to modify individual packages at a later time..
